Purpose: to obtain platelet rich plasma (PRP) by centrifuging with
a special cell separation gel and extracting platelet concentrate
from autogenous blood. PRP contains high concentration of

including PDGF, TGF, IGF, VEGF and EGF after activation. PrP
contains normal physiological level of white blood cells and
fibrin, and almost completely removes red blood cells. PRP special
